Wine Storage Refrigerator Containers Help Wines Age Gracefully
Keeping you wine in the refrigerator may seem like a good idea to insure that it is ready to drink when you want it, but the temperature in most household units is well below the optimum storage and drinking temperature of most wines. Champagne and sparkling wines are typically consumed between 43 and 47-degrees, above the typical 40-degrees of most refrigerators.
